When I click on Assistant it flashes and then goes away.
This is caused by an error in the Microsoft Dot Net Framework. Here are the steps to repair ti:
1. Download cleanup_tool.exe and the Microsoft .Net Framework v1.1 Setup.exe
2. Run cleanup_tool.exe
3. Once the cleanup_tool.exe has finished run the Microsoft .Net Framework v1.1 Setup.exe
4. Once the Microsoft .Net Framework v1.1 Setup.exe has finished restart the computer
