Early Childhood training (in-service) for The Block Academy™ and Secret Codes™ curriculum packages is offered. Training is recommended in order to conduct a successful early childhood literacy program. At each in-service, experienced instructors and staff teach new teachers the curriculum philosophy and how to implement the program in their specific classroom. The attendees have the opportunity to discuss classroom specific questions and to work with the curriculum and materials to gain a familiarity and comfort level required to be successful with their students.
